Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Colombia, and many other countries.

Shipping rates

United States and Colombia: $9.99 USD per order, free on orders of $99 USD or more. Shoppers in Colombia see these amounts in pesos at checkout. Free shipping is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Other countries: carrier rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are sent as fast as possible, usually arriving in 2-7 business days or 2-3 weeks for overseas orders. These are typical times, not guarantees. If your order is delayed, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund if it hasn't shipped yet.

More than one package

Pieces can ship separately from different warehouses at no extra cost. Each package has its own tracking.

Tracking

We email your tracking number when your order ships. Ask Angie on WhatsApp can help with any delivery question.

Payment first

All orders are prepaid. At checkout you can pay by card, digital wallet or PayPal. In Colombia you can also pay by PSE or Nequi: Angie sends you a Wompi payment link, and your order ships once it's paid. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Taxes and customs

Any taxes and import charges are shown on the final checkout page and on your invoice. United States: sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Colombia: the price you see is the final price; shipping is shown separately at checkout. Orders to the United States and Colombia won't be charged customs fees at delivery.

Address

Please check your address and phone number. If a package comes back because of a wrong address or a missed delivery, we can resend it for the cost of shipping.

Lost or damaged

Tell us within 5 days of the delivery date if a package arrives damaged, or if tracking hasn't changed for 10 days. We'll replace it or refund you.
